Installation, I had impossibly small dust under the screen several times that made unremovable bubbles. I washed the entire protector under water to remove the dust and applied wet with no problems. A piece of dust on a Skinomi skin is pretty much permanent.

+Impossible to read whats on the screen at 45 degrees from the side
+Completely black from the side unless brightness is on high.
+Protects well with nice thick piece of plastic
+Blacks out the Motorola logo, the screen area and the shortcut keys when viewing from the side. This makes the phone much sexier, as its just a black slab now when screen is off. Very Darth Vader. Will upload some comparison photos soon.
+Sensitivity is 4/5. Sometimes I have to press a tiny bit harder on the shortcut keys but nowhere else.

-Does not block out viewing from a vertical angle, say, if you were holding in landscape everyone on the side of you could see no problem, but I mostly hold it verticle
-Slightly blurs and darkens the sharpness of the screen, mostly noticeable when looking a foot or less away, not dealbreaker bad
-Slightly rough to the touch compared to glass, reminds of those 3D plastic hologram sheets but not nearly as rough.
-About 1-1.5mm too short, so it does not go all the way to the edges. You will likely have to remove a few times and try again to avoid a large gap on either end. But then you’re still left with two smaller gaps and the earpiece hole will not be centered. Skinomi skin’s are also too short but can stretch.

Probably the biggest flaw is the poor size. Would have been a five star except that.

Measure twice cut once, Amzer. No excuse.

After having a wonderful privacy screen on my iPhone, I expected something similar. Not the case. This film is thick. It sticks out from the face. Meaning, it got caught on my pocket, and the holster, and anything else that it could.

It covers the ambient light sensor, which causes problems with the auto brightness setting.

The film doesn’t quite cover the whole face, but that’s ok – it’s close enough to not matter.

I lost the usage of the 4 home keys completely, and couldn’t use the pull down menus when it wasn’t in landscape mode. Seemed to have no sensitivity around the edges, whatsoever. Even after 2 days curing time.

I have since removed the filter, and have gone back to another screen protector.

Do Not Buy This Screen. There were no cutouts for the LED or the brightness sensor. It covers the menu keys at the bottom so they don’t work no matter how hard you press. It would usually take 6 or 7 swipes to unlock my phone. Looked great though. I did not have any problems with dust or bubbles, but i had to remove it the same day because it rendered my phone useless. I thought that possibly I got a bad screen out of the box, so i exchanged it for a new one but the replacement was the exact same piece of junk. I don’t usually review items i buy, but this was so blatantly bad that I wanted to help people steer clear of a frustrating product.
