Guarnteed Clear Channel (87.70 MHZ),
I chose this model because it was the only one I could find that will tune down to 87.7Mhz. That frequency was occupied by channel 6 TV before the digital transition. This frequency is now vacant everywhere in the USA and should be a clear frequency even in the busiest metro areas. It provides excellent stereo sound and has a powerful transmitter. I can broadcast throughout my three level split level home and get noise free reception in my car which has its antenna embedded in the rear window. I’m very pleased with my choice.

|REALLY GOOD, BUT NO USER MANUAL,
There was a review that said that 87.5 and 87.7 is a good place to fix your MP3 player because they are always clear. I couldn’t get to 87.5, but I was able to keep it on 87.7 for many, many miles. There is no user manual but it can be figured out. I highly recommend this product.

|Nice Features, But Poorly Made,
Pros
Sound quality has been good for audio books. Haven’t tried it with music.
I set it between the seats of my van on the floor and it is received by the radio.
Has the option to be used with batteries.
Has a thermometer.
Cons
Something is wrong with the power connector. I think the connections on both sides of the cord are bad. If I wiggle either end I lose power.
Power connector that came with is cigarette lighter adapter only. No standard wall plug.
Settings are lost if you lose power.
Thermometer is only in Celsius.
